During the visit, the Collector Shri Rahul Jain reached the school and started teaching the children while playing the role of teacher in the children's class. He asked children many questions of history, science and mathematics. Most of the questions by children were also answered correctly. The collector told the children not to read only to pass the examination in school but to improve their lives and acquire knowledge to earn knowledge. Mr. Jain said that children do not worry about getting passed or failing in the test. Work hard to get better results in the final examination. They told the children that hard work never gets useless. The laborer never fails.

Make sure to get the benefits of the schemes given to the villagers

Gwalior 05 August 2017 / Collector Shri Rahul Jain observed the implementation of the schemes of the government by accidental inspection of the village of Chinouraur, the Bhitarwar Development Block. He also talked to residents of Adarsh village and listened to their problems. Collector Shri Jain directed the departmental officers that the implementation of the schemes in the ideal village should also be done effectively. Residents of the village should feel that they are residents of the ideal village.
Collector Shri Jain on Saturday inspected the village of Chinaur. During the inspection, he observed the tehsil office, hospital, school, e-school. In addition, he also discussed in detail with the departmental officers and villagers in the meeting room of the Gram Panchayat. During the inspection, the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat Mr. Neeraj Kumar Singh, Sub Divisional Officer Bhitrar Shri Iqbal Mohammad Khan, Tehsildar Ms. Madhulika Bhadauria, Sarpanch of the village Mr. Bharat Singh Kushwaha were also present in the departmental officers.
During the discussions with the officials and villagers in the meeting of the Village Panchayat, Shri Rahul Jain said that all the important schemes of governance are being implemented in Model Village. To make the village ideal, the inhabitants also need to change their lifestyle. He said that the work of garbage management in the village panchayat should be done with priority. For this, the village panchayat will start the collection of garbage through bicycle rickshaw. Minimum charge for this will also be determined.
Collector Jain told that revenue camp will be organized from August 16 for the problems related to revenue department. In this camp revenue officials will be present and collect applications for resolving all the problems related to the revenue of the villagers. Resolving these applications in one month, the re-camps will be organized in the village and the villagers will be informed. Simultaneously, distribution of Kisan Credit Card to the farmers will also be done on the spot. For the problem of electricity, he directed the officers of the Electricity Department to organize camps in the village and solve the problem of electricity of the people.
Under the Rural Livelihood Mission, work will also be given to the women self-help group women in Model Village, Chinaur. In addition, efforts will be made to set up training centers in the village for women training. He said that such products will be created through groups formed in the village, from which self help groups can become self reliant. At the same time, children should get breakfast and lunch in the Anganwadi center. On the complaint of not getting breakfast in the morning, she has instructed the self-help group to issue a reason show information sheet.
While reviewing the drinking water in the meeting, he asked the Panchayat Secretary to take up the task of deepening the old ponds and prepare a plan for the construction of new ponds so that the drinking water problem can be solved in the village. Collector Shri Rahul Jain reviewed the various works done in Model Village during the meeting in detail. He said that the Haat Market has been constructed in the village. Along with this, the building of school, hospital, tehsil etc. has become a building. People should get maximum benefit from the schemes of governance, to make people more motivated.
Inspector of Tahsil office by Collector
Collector Shri Rahul Jain inspected the Chinawar Tehsil office. He directed the Tehsildar that the revenue cases should be resolved promptly. After resolving the cases registered in the Tehsil, it should be ensured that its execution also comes from priority, it should be ensured. Shri Rahul Jain also directed that free copy of Khasra and B-1 should be provided to the villagers from 16th of August for farmers. Instructions for cutting the two-day salary of the Patwari Sanjay Sharma and issuing a show-cause notice to the departmental officer has been given to the revenues after taking negligence in the instructions given for the implementation of computers through the patrols.
Collector Jain sent instructions from the Revenue Court to give a copy in the data center and provide a copy to the patwari and ensure the action of the execution in seven days. He directed the officers of the Public Works Department to repair the Tehsil office building. Mr. Jain also visited the Public Service Guarantee Center on this occasion. Through the Public Service Guarantee Center, instructions have also been issued to provide copying.
Inspection of health center
Collector Shri Rahul Jain also inspected the China health center during the excursion. He inquired about the availability of medicines in the hospital. Simultaneously, the benefits of health services would be better available to the villagers, giving instructions to the physicians. He also talked to the pregnant women recruiting in the hospital on this occasion and got information about the facilities they received under the schemes of the government. Collector Jain also instructed that all the hope workers should get the work of collecting blood straps to take effective action on the prevention of seasonal diseases.
Inspect the school by the collector
