Gwalior dated 12.10.2017 - Reflections of sacrifice and surrender On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia, a large number of people including the Minister of Urban Development and Housing, Smt. Maya Singh, Sports Minister, Yashodhara Raje Scindia and Mayor Shri Vivek Narayan Shejwalkar reached the umbrella and offered them auspicious welcome.
On the occasion of the birth anniversary of Rajmata, in the event organized in the umbrella of Savarkar Sarovar Road, the devotees were given a wreath by the residents of the city today. On this occasion, the Minister Smt. Maya Singh said that the spirit of dedication of Rajmata today has taught us all the greatness of social service. We all should take inspiration from their service spirit. On this occasion, the Mayor Shri Shejwalkar said that Rajmata has chosen the service of the poor and the underprivileged people by sacrificing the glory of the palaces and the service of Narayana. We all should take inspiration from the life of Rajmata and take the resolve to follow their stated ideals.
