Illegally run Hotel Vinayak seized by Gwalior Municipal Corporation

Seize done to the Vinayak Hotel, which operates without permission in the Padav area

Gwalior dated 26.05.2017 - Action taken for the commercial hotel being operated on residential permission in the Padav area has been done by the municipal corporation. During the proceedings Deputy Commissioner Mr. K. K. Gaur, Mr. APS Bhadauria, Building Officer Mr. Pradeep Verma, Cluster Officer Mr. Suresh Ahirwar, Mr. Kirtivardhan Mishra, Building Officer Mr. Mahender Aggarwal, along with the respective Regional Officers and other officers and employees were present.

       The building officer Shri Pradeep Verma said that in the residential area in 2011, Sanjay Garg was being commercially used by constructing the hotel, whose recommendations were made by the regional citizens from the then District Magistrates on which the corporation has closed the hotel Was proceeded. After this, the affidavit was submitted by Sanjay Garg in the Hon'ble Court and an affidavit was given that no use of the said space would be used by them. On which he was compromised by the corporation as per the rules, but again, the work was started by Garg at the said site, which has led to the action taken by the corporation staff to seize the hotel today. During the time, the hotel owner Garg informed that his residence is also located on which four rooms were left open and 35 rooms and restaurant sewage were processed.
