Gwalior March 31, 2018 / State Minister for Urban Development and Housing, Smt. Maya Singh has said that the Wildlife Museum of Gwalior has always been the center of public attraction for the people, To become the center of attraction for more. Simultaneously, the initiatives to provide grain and water to the birds under the Dana Water Program in the Zoo Museum are commendable.
This was stated by Urban Development Minister Smt. Maya Singh as the Chief Guest in the program organized on the occasion of the launch of Children's Rail in Gwalior Zoo Museum on Saturday. The program was chaired by Mayor Mr. Vivek Narayan Shejwalkar. Former Minister Mr. Munshilal, BJP District President Mr. Devesh Sharma, Municipal Commissioner Shri Vinod Sharma, MIC. The members of the corporation including the Mr. Satish Bohre, Smt. Khushboo Gupta, Mr. Dharmendra Rana, Mr. Khemchandra Gurvani, Mrs. Neelima Shinde, Mr. Kamal Makijani and the departmental officers were present.
Urban Development Minister Smt. Maya Singh said that the Gwalior municipal corporation will discuss with the officials of the revenue department and forest department in connection with the proposed proposal for the 125 acre of forest department for the new zoo museum. Positive efforts will be made to get land available for the new zoo museum. He said that Gwalior has been included in Smart City. Work should also be done in the city for the big projects and entertainment of the people. He praised the efforts made by the Municipal Corporation in the Zoological Museum.
Urban Development Minister Smt. Maya Singh said that all the people of the society should participate in the success of Dana-water campaign initiated for the availability of grain and water for the birds. Social institutions should also add more people to this campaign.
Presiding over the program, Mayor Shri Vivek Narayan Shejwalkar said that the train for children has been started in the Zoological Museum of Gwalior. For children, the previously operated train was closed for some reasons which has been restarted. With the introduction of this, the children will be getting pleasure from the outside rail along with attractive swells and vatar votes in the zoo museum. He said that the corporation's efforts are that the corporation's continuous efforts have been made to make the zoo museum of Gwalior a more beautiful and attractive center.
In the beginning of the program, Municipal Commissioner Shri Vinod Sharma said that the Zoo Museum of Gwalior was established in 1902. More than 500 wildlife is preserved in this zoo museum. Wild animal museum of Gwalior includes the wild creatures of the extinct Prajapati. He said that the animal museum of Gwalior is being operated under the guidance of the Central Zoo Authority.
Corporate Mr. Vinod Sharma said that the proposal for new land for the Zoological Museum of Gwalior has also been sent to the Forest Department. If the corporation receives land for the Zoo Museum by coordinating the coordinated effort of the Forest Department and Department of Revenue, the corporation will discharge its leading role in establishing a beautiful and organized animal museum.
At the end of the program, the guests started by showing the green flag of the hair rail. Children sit in the children's rail and enjoy the train.

The Urban Development and Housing Minister, Smt. Maya Singh also distributed sapoes on behalf of the Corporation for providing grain seeds for the birds under the Dana Water campaign. Through these sops, people can provide food to birds by providing grain and water to the birds on the roof of their house.
Urban Development Minister Smt. Maya Singh also urged all the women to keep pens and water for the birds on their own homes and also work to connect more and more people in this campaign.
