On Friday, the collector has provided shelter centers in hospital premises, SNCU, maternity ward and blood bank for family members of Trama Center, OPD, free dispensary, hospital ward, ultrasound and X-ray center, pathology, patients located at District Hospital on Friday. During the inspection of the Free Drug Delivery Center, Collector Jain said that CMHO and Civil Surgeon are responsible for the delivery of immediate medicines as soon as the government hospitals get the demand for medicines. He said there is no shortage of budget from the government level for medicines. Therefore, by establishing coordination, ensure that all medicines prescribed in the hospital store are available. Mr Jain cautioned the physicians saying that besides the medicines available in the hospital, if the outside medicines were written, then the concerned doctors would not be good.
The collector expressed dissatisfaction even if an ultrasound machine was found poor in the Radiology Department of the District Hospital. He said that this machine should be repaired promptly. Also instructed that physicians do not write X-rays, ultrasound and prescriptions on medicines. Print prescription slip under the provisions for this. He said that strictly follow the provisions of PC-PNDT Act in Radiology Center.

Do not recruit elders in children's wards
The collector expressed displeasure when the adult patient was admitted in the children's ward. He said that such a situation should not have been created since children are more likely to get infected. He said that alternative arrangements should be made in the hospital premises if the place is reduced in the wards of adult patients.

During the inspection, the collector, Mr. Jain also visited the District Hospital to see the mother and child protection card of the pregnant mothers. On receiving the registration number of RCH on the card of a woman, Mrs. Kajal, who came from village Rai, they instructed to separate the hope worker of this village from the post. The Collector said that online registration on every pregnant mother's RCH (Reproductive Child Health) portal is compulsory. Based on this card, health checks of all types of pregnant mothers are done for 9 months. That is why there is no way to look for it.
Collector also discussed pregnant mothers and their families with recruitment in the maternity home. A lady from village Harkhera village had said that she had come to take the Janani Suraksha Express. Manoj Singh, a resident of Kunj Vihar Colony, who was taking his wife and newborn daughter after safe delivery, was also happy that the hospital has provided ambulance to reach the house.

Gwalior 30 June 2017 / Government has provided general delivery facilities in primary and community health centers. Therefore, do not refer pregnant mothers to unnecessary district hospital or JAH. This directive was given by Collector Shri Rahul Jain to the Medical Officers of all the district medical officers and primary health centers present in the meeting of District Health Committee.
The collector said that medical officers provide better health services to increase the confidence of the people towards their institution. He said that by sending special teams from the district administration, all primary and community health centers of the district will be subjected to a surprise inspection.
In a meeting organized at the District Hospital here on Friday, Mr. Jain also said that in the government hospitals, treatment of patients by following the safety protocol is to be treated. They also emphasized on the death of every mother and infant for the purpose of curbing maternal and infant mortality. Collector, District Education Officer and District Program Officer present in the meeting instructed the women child development to mark the children with stuck-up palanquins and cut-throat lip. These children will be provided free operation by running special campaign.
The Collector also gave the CMHO instructions to the beneficiaries of the Maternity Assistance Scheme to the pregnant mothers of families recorded in the Chief Minister's Labor and Safety and Building and Employment Workers Welfare Board. Mr. Jain gave special emphasis on running malaria and dengue control programs efficiently. He said that action of mosquito and larval distribution and survey should be done in the urban areas with the help of Municipal Corporation.
