The building will be constructed near the Maharajpura at a cost of Rs 40 crore 10 lakh. This institute has been opened in Gwalior to provide technical support and human resources for the plastic industries. Along with this, the plastic park, which is going to be set up in Bilawa, with a capacity of 84 crores 43 lakhs, has been laid down, hence it will generate employment on a large scale. Apart from this, construction of four ROBs (Railway Over Bridge) and a flyover and four highways of approximately 43 Kms, ie cost upgradation and beautification of roads, involving approximately Rs 485 crores.

Shri Gadkari said that the 781 crore rupees of the work taken under their department in Gwalior Chambal Zone will be completed at the war level. Along with that, it is our effort to drive electric bus, taxi etc. in Gwalior. Also, Metro rail service in Gwalior will be started. He said that the legal problems of the Gwalior-Jhansi National Highway which were closed for a long time have been removed. Soon this road will be constructed. To complete the rest of the construction of this road, Rs. 365 crores will be spent. So far 402 crores have been spent on this route. He said that 62 percent work of road road has been completed and the remaining work is to be completed by 2018. Shri Gadkari said that due to the completion of this route, tourism will also be encouraged and the tourists can reach Gwalior directly to Khajuraho. With the view of Tourist Circuit, the Government of India has given 162 km long Jhansi-Khajuraho Marg to the cost of Rs.
