Instructions given by the collector on receipt of flaws in surprise inspection
Gwalior can cancel contract of organization running the Public Service Center located on 28 June 2017 / Race Course Road. Perform this action duly by issuing notice to the institution. During inspection, when the complaints were received in this Public Service Center, Collector Shri Rahul Jain gave this direction. On the basis of strengthening the delivery system of services being provided through Janmitra and Public Service Centers, collector Jain conducted surprise inspection of some Jimitra centers and public service centers of the city on Wednesday. He insisted that there should be no violation of the deadline for service delivery.
Collector collects a detailed inspection of Municipal Corporation's Regional Office No.-10 on the racecourse road and the public center and public service center operated in this premises. After this he reached Tappa Tehsil Murar and inspected a public service center and Jimitra Center in this premises. During the inspection of these centers he instructed that such arrangements should be made in all the Jimmitra centers and public service centers that the Ovadaks get certificates and other services at the same center, at which center their application was given. If the applicant had to wander for services then strict action would be taken against the concerned. Mr. Jain also talked to the people who took applications on these centers and had experience in relation to the services they received.
The collector expressed displeasure at the disorder in the Public Service Center Race Course Road. At this center, there was no official staff in the prescribed number. Apart from this, the registration of unsubstantiated applications and their distribution also did not operate. There was no provision of application form as well. Mr. Jain instructed the officers to remove this center from the present institution and handed it over to any other institution. Presently this center is run by the institution of Mrs. Archana Gupta.
The Collector also instructed during this time that the Jyimitra Center and Public Service Centers should be equitable, so that there is no confusion in the application for service to the people due to both the centers operating in the same campus. At the same time, residents of other areas of the city can get the services of these centers near their home. He said, after the dismantling, the applicant should submit his certificate after certification, etc. A register for this should also be made separately.
On this occasion, SDM Murar, Shri HB Sharma, Nodal Officer, Janmitra Center, Shri Anupam Sharma, Manager Public Service Center and e-Governance Shri Ashish Jain and Additional Tehsildar Murar, Mr. Anil Raghav were also present.
Instructions for emancipation of rural teachers in Tehsil
Collector Shri Rahul Jain gave instructions to SDM Murar to direct all the teachers of rural schools in rural schools attached to Tappa Tehsil Murar to assist in preparing caste certificates of school children. He said that studies of government schools in rural areas should not be affected. Mr. Jain also instructed the teachers to go to their respective schools and start teaching work. No work will be tolerated in this work.
Public facilities will be set up in public offices
Public-utility centers (toilets) will be built in all the government offices operating in the city, where there are no public toilets. During the inspection of the Tehsil office Murar, Collector Shri Rahul Jain said that toilets will be constructed in the government offices for the common people in collaboration with the Municipal Corporation. Soon its work plan will be prepared and embodied.
